Whether you want to perfect your isolation, build confidence or focus on the business side of being a lash tech, we dedicate the session entirely to you. You’ll have the time, guidance and support to ask questions, work through challenges and focus on the areas that matter most to your growth.

Our frequently asked questions

How long will the mentoring session be?

An in-person mentoring session lasts 3 hours. If you need extra time, this is charged at an additional £50 per hour.
Do I need to be qualified to book?

Yes, these mentoring sessions are for already qualified lash technicians. They’re designed to help you develop your existing skills, rather than provide a beginner qualification.
Can I choose what we focus on?

Yes! Your session is tailored to you. Let us know the specific topic or areas you’d like support with, so we can focus on your questions and goals.
What is the difference between online and in person training?

Online mentoring offers the flexibility to learn from wherever you are. It's perfect for discussing business growth, branding, Instagram, pricing, client retention and technical challenges using photos, videos and examples of your work

In-person mentoring takes place at the MAB studio and is ideal for lash artists who want a more hands-on experience. We can look more closely at your technique, application, styling and areas for improvement, alongside any business topics you'd like to discuss
Do I need to bring a model?

You can bring your own model, or we can provide one. If you’d like us to arrange a model, please let us know in advance so we can find someone suitable for the treatment.

If you are arranging your own model they must be comfortable to have photos and videos taken of your work
I’ve been qualified for a while but lack confidence. Can mentoring help?

Yes! Mentoring isn’t just for newly qualified lash technicians. If you’ve been qualified for a while but feel unsure in certain areas, a personalised 1-to-1 session can help you revisit your skills, ask questions and work towards feeling more confident.
